This wine is a way for us to pay homage to our traditions. It is rooted in the culture and history of our region and the village of Ghizzano. It is a pleasant dessert wine made with trebbiano, white malvasia and colombana from our old vineyards.

Process
After harvesting, the grapes are left to dry hanging in a cool, dry place for four months and then destemmed and pressed.
Maturation and ageing
The wine is transferred to small 10HL steel vats to ferment and mature for about 2 years.

Organoleptic notes
Color: deep amber. Nose: spices in general, dried fruit, especially figs and apricots. Taste: harmonious flavour with a good balance between alcohol, residual sugar and acidity.
