EVOLUTION

The 2025 vintage, following the trend of climate change, was characterised by above-average temperatures already in the early months of the year, which brought forward budding and, thanks to the high soil moisture content, the shoots developed quickly.

This also led to early and abundant flowering, but to lower fruit set and therefore a lower yield than in previous years. On the other hand, the significant temperature variations between day and night in July helped to maintain the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes. Finally, the rains that arrived at the end of the summer and the slight drop in temperatures helped the plants to resume the ripening process, bringing it to completion in a regular, albeit early, manner.

The 2025 vintage has produced full-bodied, complex white wines with an excellent mineral note, thanks to our soil and the significant temperature variations between day and night. The 2025 red wines, on the other hand, are structured, juicy and smooth, with good ageing potential in the bottle.
